Diesel engine maintenance:

If the work time exceeds 500 hours or is damaged, it should be replaced in time. Use oil bath air filter, every 100-200 hours of work, clean the filter element with clean diesel oil, and replace the lubriTQing oil in it, if the filter element is broken, you need to replace it immediately, and pay attention to adding lubriTQion according to regulations during use Oil.
If the lubriTQing oil filter is not maintained in time during the use of the diesel engine, the filter element will be blocked, the pressure of the lubriTQing oil will increase, the safety valve will open, and the lubriTQing oil will flow directly into the main oil passage, which will aggravate the wear of the lubriTQing surface and affect the service life of the diesel engine. Therefore, the lubriTQing oil filter should be cleaned once every 180-200 hours of operation, and if it is found to be damaged, it should be replaced immediately to prevent impurities from entering the lubriTQing surface. When using the diesel engine according to the changing seasons, you should also clean the crankcase and all lubriTQion surfaces, method is to use the oil, kerosene and diesel blend to make washing oil, after the lubriTQing oil is released, add washing oil for cleaning, and then run the diesel engine at low speed for 3-5 minutes. Then drain the washing oil and add new lubriTQing oil.
All kinds of fuel filters in the fuel supply system should be cleaned of debris once every 100-200 hours of operation, and the fuel tank and each fuel pipeline should be fully cleaned. When cleaning the filter element and seals, you should be very careful, and if any damage is found, it needs to be replaced in time. When changing oil during the transition of seasons, all parts of the entire fuel supply system should be cleaned. The diesel oil used should meet the seasonal requirements and need to undergo 48 hours of sedimentation and purifiTQion treatment.
